About Rosie's Cottage

This traditional thatched cottage, recently restored, nests in a quiet countryside location which is ideal for getting away from it all, yet a central base; only 45 minutes to the cities of Belfast and Derry, touring the Glens of Antrim and Donegal. It's only a 5 minute drive to the local town with a hotel, leisure centre, driving range, cinema, churches and shops.

Sleeps

Rosie's cottage sleeps up tp 6 people, it is available to rent for one night stays or weekends. Full access to all technology, which includes free Wifi, Cable/satellite TV and DVD Player.

Practicalities

There is plenty of space for parking, either behind or in front of the cottage. Full working kitchen, with oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, Refrigerator and dishwasher - There is a washing machine and an iron for use, we will also supply all linen & towels.

Heating

At Rosie's there is full central heating, however you can also enjoy the beautiful pot belly stove.

Outdoors

Beautiful surroundings both out front and back, both gardens are kept in excellent condition. There is also a large shared garden to the back of the cottage which is perfect for kids.

Family

We understand the importance of making a "home from home" especially for the kids, we will do our very best to accommodate your family. Unfortunatly Rosie's is a "pet - free" cottage.

Ideal Location

Located one mile from the town of Maghera. Centrally located between the main cities of Belfast and Derry and also a good base for exploring the Sperrins, the Glens of Antrim, Giants Causeway and the hills of Donegal.
